We recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance. However it's best to book as early as possible especially during peak seasons. Last minute orders can sometimes be facilitated.

You must firstly fill in an order form. Please allow 48 hours for a response. Please note this form does not secure a booking. Bookings are secured by payment of a 50% deposit.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate orders for gluten-free cakes or cupcakes at this time.

All our cakes are covered with Swiss meringue buttercream. Swiss meringe buttercream is less sweeter, denser and grainy than American buttercream but has a silky consistency comparable with ice cream. Please note we do not offer fondant covered cakes. 

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded within 14 days of collection.

At this time, cakes are available for pick-up from Grenagh. A pick-up time will be agreed during the week of collection. Picks ups are also available from Blackpool on Friday & Saturdays (minimum spend €100). 

Cakes must be stored in a fridge and only removed up to 2 hours before serving. Cakes must not be left sitting in direct sunlight.

Written cake care instructions will be provided on collection day. No responsibility can be accepted by Foxy Bakes for damage to your cake after collection.

Cakes must be transported either in the boot or the footwell of your car. There can be no loose items in your boot and please ensure your Aircon is turned on before collecting your cake. Transport your cake directly to your home or venue as soon as possible. 

Carry the cake box by the bottom, not the sides, to avoid damaging the cake.

Cakes will stay fresh for 3/4 days once kept refrigerated in an airtight container.
