TERMS OF SERVICE 

DEPOSIT

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your order is not confirmed until this deposit has been received. Quotes remain valid for 48 hours only. If the deposit is not paid within this timeframe the requested date will be released. Payments can be made via Revolut or credit/debit card. The remaining balance must be paid on collection.

 

CANCELLATIONS / AMENDMENTS

All deposits are non-refundable, as this covers lost business and any personalised items already prepared or ordered. If you cancel or make changes more than 7 days before your collection date 50% of your deposit may be transferred as credit toward a future order, excluding the cost of any personalised décor or items. For cancellations made within 7 days of the collection date, no refunds or credits will be provided.

 

ALLERGENS

We do not produce allergen-free cakes. All products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as eggs, dairy, wheat, soy, nuts, and others. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies at the time of booking.

 

COLLECTION / DELIVERY

All collections are by appointment only and will be confirmed when booking. A reminder email will be sent approximately 24 hours before your scheduled collection time. If your order is not collected at the agreed time, a new collection slot may need to be arranged.

 

LIABILITY AFTER COLLECTION OR DELIVERY

Once your order has been handed over through collection or delivery, responsibility passes entirely to the customer. We are not liable for any damage, loss, or issues that arise after this point, including while the product is in your care or at the venue.

 

CAKE DESIGN

Although I will endeavor to create cakes based on inspiration photos  as a cake decorator I do not offer exact replicas of other cakes.

By confirming your order or paying a deposit, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions in full.
